sharp teeth

It’s a novel about packs of werewolves in California, written entirely in free verse. If that’s not enough to get you to want to crack the spine, then I don’t know what is (well, I know not everyone gives poetry a chance, but you see what I mean). The story can be both light and intense, and besides from some sharp point-of-view turns, it’s pretty easy to follow these characters through their (at times literal) transformations. A great read for an urban summer.
